If for any reason you decide to cancel your hosting plan within 45 days, you can request a refund. The following conditions apply:
Validity of Guarantee
The Money Back Guarantee applies only to hosting services provided directly by MaxterHost, including: Web Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and Self-Managed VPS Hosting plans only.
The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to Managed VPS Hosting and Dedicated Server Hosting.
Non-Refundable Third-Party Services
The Money Back Guarantee is limited to the hosting service only and does not apply to any services or products that are provided by or obtained from a third-party because of the unique character of their costs. These services/products include, but are not limited to, software licenses, IP addresses, IP subnets, bandwidth upgrades, domain names, SSL certificates, security services, server management services, site builders, web design services, web development services, email services, VPN services, backup services, SEO services.
If your order includes any non-hosting services, provided directly or indirectly by a third-party vendor, we will deduct the respective costs from the refund. Services that don’t depend on our hosting services or network (e.g. domain names, security services, SSL certificates) can continue to be used on a remote server of your convenience until the end of the billing period.
Request and Processing of Refunds
We do not offer any refunds for cancellations that are submitted later than 45 days after the initial sign-up.
The refund must be requested by contacting our billing department within 24 hours after submitting the cancellation.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the refund request has been submitted.
