Our equipment is chosen carefully to ensure a maximum uptime and performance for your web sites. All our servers are built by Dell and SuperMicro for maximum persistence, speed and reliability; with Intel Xeon or Intel Core i7 processors, 8 GB to 12 GB of ECC RAM and high performance hard drives protected through RAID (redundant array of independent disks). We frequently upgrade our servers as technology improves.
All servers are running the latest stable version of CentOS, a popular and highly reliable Linux distribution.

Our servers are located in one of Germany's most reliable, fast and secure data center park in Falkenstein. The entire network is monitored 24x7 by custom designed internal monitoring systems, 3rd-party monitoring services at 1-minute intervals and by our system administrators who frequently check the health and efficiency of each server. When a service or the entire server becomes unavailable we are instantly notified and start restoring the service/server immediately. Thanks to the KVM switches, which our servers are equipped with, we are usually able to fix critical issues much faster remotely. Of course, we don't rely only on our equipment, but also on technicians which are available directly at the data center during the day and able to get to the data center within 20 minutes during the night.
